Refund Policy - the basics

Fan Engaging Innovations, LLC will review any and all request for refunds. If a tournament or competitions is terminated prior to completion due to any fault of ourselves our partners/sponsors we shall resolve the matter fairly.

If the failure to complete is not under our control, (an outside entity or nature) we shall work with all participants to either allow them to restart the event when it restarts, or to apply any funds to a future event.
